About LE Alumni Reunion 2027
These words represent a pattern in the divine narrative given to God's people so that they would, in fact, always remember and never forget the Father's faithfulness to them. At times, they would even place ebenezers ("stones of help") or altars so that when they returned to certain places or passed by them along the way, a gentle reminder was there for encouragement and endurance as they recalled the Lord's loving-kindness and provision.Tesoro Escondido represents a place of God's faithfulness, an ebenezer set aside especially for us, the entirety of the Leadership Expedition alumni. It was there that most of us were met by the Lord in particular and powerful ways, and we would do well to remember and not forget what happened there. The annual alumni retreat is an opportunity to intentionally return to that place, to go out of our way and pass by it each year before carrying on in whatever path God has placed us on.
So make plans to join us this January for a time of remembrance and celebration, a time of formation and fun. You can hang your hat on incredible food and sincere fellowship amongst your brothers. We might even have a pickleball tournament in the works! In addition to those things, we're already seeking the Lord, asking Him what He would say to us, and what we all might need to hear.
